In 1960's/1980's worked
for the welfare of immigrants in various forms such as: employment,
education and towards integration in the community. Involved personally a
number of National - such as NCCI and JCWI etc. and Local organisation working towards this end. Many
of ethnic minorities were helped in forming their own groups and
associations to achieve such ends.
- Have had responsible
positions in as Director of Council for Racial Equality,
- and Equal Opportunity
Officer in U.K.
- Have had teaching
experience of law in the Colleges,
- and membership
of Institute of Welfare Officers,
- and the Institute of
Training and Development.

Have contributed towards
the public policies by appearing before the Home Office Select Committees,
and contributed towards the amendments of the law and statues in relation
to the equality and racial discrimination.
